GENERAL REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
All flights into, from or over the territory of Bahrain and landings in the territory, shall be carried out in accordance with Bahrain's regulations concerning Civil Aviation Affairs.

The following information is required from aircraft operators:

(a) Name of the aircraft operator, name of the aircraft owner if different, and name and address of aircraft charterer, if any.
(b) Type of aircraft, configuration of seating and registration marks.
(c) The maximum take-off weight of the aircraft, authorised by the State of Registration in its Certificate of Airworthiness.
(d) Date and time of intended arrival at, and departure from Bahrain.
(e) Purpose of flight, and the number of passengers and/or the nature and amount of freight, name of VIP, if any, and if for business, name of the passenger and local contact in Bahrain.
(f) Place, or places, of origin and destination of passengers and or freight.
(g) Name and address of operator's agent in Bahrain or the name and address of the person(s) authorised to pay fees and charges incurred in Bahrain.
Note: Unless otherwise authorised, the fees and charges will be payable before the aircraft departs Bahrain.

Aircraft landing in or departing from the territory of Bahrain must first land or finally depart from Bahrain International Airport.
